​Phase I- Commercial

Sited at the western entrance to the industrial zone, and as the fist commercial anchor, the scheme creates interconnecting piazzas and shaded walkways eventually linking Phase III. Using materials of the existing industrial buildings; steal and corrugated envelopes, the new structures are designed as large open, hanger spaces relying on color and curves to distinguish themselves from the surrounding buildings.
