​Dan Holon Master Plan

Located in an industrial zone near Tel-Aviv the Master Plan evolved in response to a rigorous site analysis process which aimed to rationalize site penitential. The plan goals were to consolidate various satellite, bus maintenance facilities into one new modern hub of operation. Additional areas were to be developed separately as commercial and office spaces. The multi-phased plan sets out to create a commercial and office spaces along the the perimeter streets, rejuvenating and introducing new urban and commercial activities to the area, while  warping the maintenance and bus parking facilities in the center.
